General competition terms and conditions

This document sets out the general terms and conditions for participation in competitions organized by WEST MEDIA, s.r.o. (the operator of the DinoPark network) via its website, social networks and physically at DinoParks. The specific terms and conditions of each competition will always be provided in the respective competition rules.

1. Organiser of competitions

2. General conditions of participation

• Only persons over the age of 18 can participate in competitions. Persons under the age of 18 may only participate with the consent of or through their legal guardian.
• Neither employees of WEST MEDIA, s.r.o. nor their family members may participate in the competition.
• Participation in the competitionis not subject to purchase, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions.
• By participating in a competition, the participant agrees to the processing of personal data for the purposes of organizing the competition and sending marketing communication of DinoPark. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. The protection of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available here.

3. Types of competitions and how to participate

Competitions can take place:

1. In the DinoParks –participation by filling in a form or completing a task.
2. On social networks (Facebook, Instagram)– engagement in the form of comments, tagging friends or other actions defined in the specific terms and conditions of the competition.

4. Rules for selecting winners

• Winners will be selected either by a draw or by an expert panel, depending on the specifications of the specific competition.
• The organizer reserves the right to exclude entries that do not meet the rules of the competition.

5. Prizes and their delivery

• Prizes will always be specified in the terms and conditions of the specific competition.
• Winners will be notified by email or via the platform where the competition took place or by any other means if so stated in the terms and conditions of the specific competition.
• Prizes can be handed over in person or sent by post, according to the rules of the specific competition.
• The Organizer is not responsible for delivery of prizes by mail.
• If the winner does not claim the prize within the specified time, his/her claim will become invalid.
• Prizes are not legally enforceable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Legal provisions

• The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the competition or cancel the competition at any time.
• Any competition is in no way sponsored, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
• The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems, typing mistakes in the contact details of the participants or for a failed delivery of the prize notification.

These rules are valid from 19 February 2025 and apply to all competitions organized by WEST MEDIA, s.r.o. within DinoPark.
