COMPETITION RULES

 

CONTEST: WIN A PRIVATE WALK WITH A DINOSAUR!

These contest rules define the terms and conditions of participation in the contest “Win a Private Walk with a DINOSAUR!”

These contest rules are based on the General Contest Terms and Conditions available [here].

CONTEST ORGANIZER

The contest is organized by WEST MEDIA, s.r.o., Company ID: 635 06 572, registered office at Stará cesta 2, 312 00 Plzeň, the operator of the DinoPark network.

CONTEST PERIOD

The contest runs from August 4, 2025, to August 20, 2025.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participants can enter the contest by sending the correct answer to the contest question, as stated in the article available [here], to the email address: soutez@dinopark.cz.
A correct answer means selecting and submitting answer a), b), or c) – as listed in the article – with exactly one correct choice.
Participants must be 18 years or older.
Each person may enter the contest only once.
Employees of the organizer and their family members are not eligible to participate.

WINNER SELECTION

Three winners will be randomly selected from all correct answers sent to the above-mentioned email address.

PRIZE

There will be three identical prizes awarded.
Each winner will receive:

• A family ticket to any DinoPark in the Czech Republic, valid until the end of the 2025 season.

• A private walk with a walking robotic baby Stegosaurus, accompanied by a DinoRanger, at the selected DinoPark.
  The walk will take place outside the park’s regular opening hours and must be arranged in advance with representatives of the selected DinoPark.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT AND PRIZE DELIVERY

Winners will be contacted at the email address from which they submitted their contest answer, no later than September 15, 2025.
If a winner does not respond to the organizer’s email within 7 days, they forfeit their right to the prize, and the organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner or withhold the prize.

DATA PROTECTION

Participants acknowledge that the organizer will process their personal data for the purpose of running the contest, contacting the winners, and distributing prizes.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

The organizer reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend, or cancel the contest at any time.
By entering the contest, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
